My guess is mutt. Coloring resembles a black carolina dog, but size says otherwise.

My guess is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi, Parson Russel Terrier Mix. I am guessing this image is from the U.K. These are both U.K. breed dogs it has characteristics of. (It is almost impossible to import a dog to the U.K, so I looked for U.K. originating breeds.)

I was thinking the same thing. That dog would be quite rambunctious at best. (My little sister has a Rat Terrier; it is crazy.) I am sure the dog has fun keeping up with 7 children.

It’s not that hard, both my parent’s dogs got approved. Basically just getting an appropriately certified vet to sign off that the dog is properly vaccinated, with a followup to make sure no symptoms have appeared (in case they were infected, but asymptomatic before being vaccinated). As we did it, the we didn’t even have to deal with any significant quarantine on the UK side.
